Delays on A605 in Whittlesey due to emergency roadworks
Motorists travelling on the A605 in the Whittlesey area were hit by delays this morning due to emergency roadworks which remain in place.

Four way temporary traffic lights have been put in place so that Anglian Water can investigate an issue with the sewer network in Kingfisher Way.
A spokesperson for the utilities company said: “While we carry out this essential work we have four way traffic lights up on Eastrea Road and Bellman’s Road.

Cambridgeshire’s highways service said this morning there was slow traffic in both directions, although heavier for motorists coming from Coates.
