Motorists told to avoid Frank Perkins Parkway due to broken down lorry
There are long queues on the Frank Perkins Parkway due to a broken down lorry.
The lorry has blown a tyre in the Oxney Road area.
There is heavy traffic back to Nene Parkway.
Police are telling motorists to find an alternative route if possible.
