A47 shut between Guyhirn and Wisbech after crash
A serious crash closed the A47 in the Fens this morning (Thursday).
The crash happened between Guyhirn and Wisbech.
Cambridgeshire police said the stretch of road was shut while emergency services were at the scene. It reopened at around 12noon.
Cambridgeshire police said earlier: “We were called at 9.25am with reports of a three vehicle collision on the A47. Vehicles include a Ford Transit, Volkswagen Bora and a lorry. There are no serious injuries reported.
“The road is closed to allow recovery of the vehicles and to remove some debris from the road. Redmoor Lane is also closed.”
