Teenage cyclist (15) seriously injured in collision

A teenage boy has been seriously injured in a collision near Market Deeping.

The boy was cycling on the on the A15 at Langtoft at about 7.48pm last night when the incident happened. The boy was on a blue bicycle heading southbound towards Market Deeping.

Officers are investigating what happened and urgently need to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision or who has captured dashcam footage.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire police said: "Please review your footage and also make contact through one of the following ways if you saw the boy cycling just before the time of the collision.

"By calling 101 quoting the reference 381 of 18 February

"By emailing [email protected] - please remember to put the reference 103 of 381 of 18 February in the subject box."

The police spokesman said they were unable to provide any further details about the collision.
