Peterborough 30 home plan receives planning approval
A planning application for 30 new homes at the former Belle Vue Stables site off Whittlesey Road, in Stanground, has received planning approval.
The application was submitted by rg+p on behalf of Countryside Partnerships East Midlands. The scheme will include 20 market and 10 affordable properties in a mix of one bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom homes.
Work is expected to begin this winter.
The application is different to a 30 home proposal featured in the Peterborough Telegraph last week for Belle Vue in Stanground.
