The event co-hosted by Friends of the Earth, East Cambs CAN, PECT, RSPB and The Woodland Trust is being held on Thursday, April 15 from 7pm to 8.30pm.

So far, Labour candidate Dr Nik Johnson and Liberal Democrat Aiden Van de Weyer have confirmed their attendance, with people registering for the Zoom hustings able to question them about what needs to be done to “secure a green and fair future for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough”.

The event is being chaired by former BBC Radio Cambridgeshire presenter Paul Stainton.

The current mayor is James Palmer (Conservative) who is standing for re-election on May 6.
