Plans for eight new homes on Lincoln Road in Peterborough
New plans have been submitted to create eight new homes in Peterborough.
The plans concern land to the rear of 825 Lincoln Road, which is located close to the city centre, on a section of Lincoln Road that runs parallel with Bourges Boulevard, opposite Maskew Avenue Retail Park.
The site is currently accessed by a narrow track between properties at 821 and 825 before opening out into a larger area where there are 12 garage units and a secure yard.
An application in principle has now been submitted by Estates Ltd to use this land for housing.
Plans state that this area of land would be used for eight housing units, with the exact nature of flats or houses yet to be decided.
Further details must have be submitted before full approval for the development is granted.
