Peterborough woman remains in hospital after being seriously injured in collision outside supermarket
A woman remains in hospital with serious injuries following an incident outside a Peterborough supermarket last night (Monday).
Emergency services were called at about 4.25pm to Whittlesey Road, Stanground near the Aldi supermarket following a collision involving a car and a pedestrian.
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said: "Officers attended, together with paramedics, and a woman in her 40s was taken to hospital with serious injuries where she remains.”
Witnesses should call police on 101.
