Peterborough community choir's magical musical night
Peterborough Take Note Community Choir hosted another sellout concert on November 18, delighting their audience at the Queen Katharine Academy.
Led by newly-appointed Musical Director, Adam Wills Begley, the choir treated the audience to a repertoire of songs from shows old and new.
Another highlight of the evening, and a regular feature of Take Note’s concerts, was the performance by Club 73 Choir, a group of adults with learning difficulties conducted by Katie Goodale. Their obvious enthusiasm and enjoyment was shared by the audience.
The theme for the choir’s next concert in April 2018 is ‘Love Songs Through the Ages’ - an eclectic mix of music from Gregorian chants to
Motown!
Take Note is always keen to welcome new members.
