Young Whittlesey sports quiz champion crowned
Each of the town’s four primary school hosted their heats with two pupils from each school progressing to the knockout stage which was broadcast live on Fenland Youth Radio.
In the end, Freddie pipped Imogen after a tie-break question to snatch the title.

Hide AdBoth children received framed certificates to recognise their achievements which presented on behalf of the organisers by executive headteacher Rob Litten.
In addition, Janette Bowden handed over the winning shield which she initially donated in 2018.
The final stages was organised by Fenland Youth Radio and the Whittlesey Sports Association which were grateful of the support of BGL, Healthy Fenland and the Peterborough & Fenland Referee Development Scheme.
