Whittlesey’s best kept allotment winners announced
The winners of the best kept allotments in Whittlesey have been named by the town council.
Mayor of Whittlesey Cllr David Mason presented the recipients their certificates and the main award.
The winner was Peter Bellamy, followed by runner-up Ernie Cross and Robin Hailstone who came third.
Cllr Mason congratulated the winners and thanked the town council projects committee and Gill Lawrence who was the independent judge.
