WATCH: Shutters lift for first time on Peterborough's Odeon Luxe Cinema
Cinema features eight screes
It has been years in the making but at last the shutters were lifted on Peterborough’s eagerly anticipated Odeon Luxe Cinema at Peterborough’s Queensgate Shopping Centre.
Once through the sweeping entrance, take a stroll through the new foyer full of the latest technology for booking tickets and ordering from a vast array of snacks and drinks.
Then it’s into a carpeted corridor that takes you into two directions to the eight screens all of different sizes including the not-to-be missed IMAX screen one with a huge screen stretching from floor to ceiling and from wall to wall.
Each screen has an array of luxurious seating.
In some there are VIP seat/beds for up to three people.
There is an array of reclining seats with headrest and footrest that can be set to the desired position at the touch of a button so that you can watch the latest box office release in the height of comfort.
