Watch as hooded raider ransacks Pokémon card trading store in Peterborough before fleeing with £100,000 of stock
New CCTV footage shows the moment a hooded raider starts to ransack a Pokémon trading cards store in Peterborough before fleeing with up to £100,000 of stock.
The clip from Collectors Corner, in Culley Court, Orton Southgate, shows the masked raider dressed from head to toe in black as he rummages through a cupboard under the front counter before ripping fittings from a wall.
The intruder eventually fled the scene with £80,000 to £100,000 worth of Pokémon trading cards and other brands of trading cards.
The break in is thought to have occurred just before midnight on January 27 after the raider had smashed his way through a quadruple-glass door.

The huge losses have forced store owner Juliano Scibelli (34) who has spent 15 years building up his business, to close the shop for the immediate future.
He told the Peterborough Telegraph: “I am devastated.
"The burglar obviously knew what he wanted.

"He’s stolen all of the most expensive trading cards, the ones that sell for about £5,000 or more each.
"Basically we have been stripped of everything - from Pokémon cards to a rare unbroken bonds booster box.”
The raid has prompted Mr Scibelli’s partner Angelia and his brother Pietro to set up a a Gofundme appeal to help to repair some of the damage.
Angelina said: “We had hoped we could raise about £5,000 and get the glass door refitted.
"And maybe anything that is left over could be used to help buy new stock.”
A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said: “We are investigating a burglary which took place between 6pm on January 27 and 9am on January 28 at Culley Court in Peterborough.
"Cash and high value trading cards were stolen.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact police quoting reference 35/7045/26.
He added: “Officers attended on a scheduled appointment around five hours after reporting.
"As the suspects were not in the area, and no one was in immediate danger, it did not require immediate attendance, and other calls would have taken priority.
"Additionally, a specialist unit was required to recover forensic opportunities.”
