Muslims in the city joined together for the 46th annual Peace Parade on Sunday (May 31.)
The event, which was founded by the late Shaykh Mohammed Yousuf Sahib, sees worshippers come from across the country to celebrate.
The Grand Mawlid celebrations mark the anniversary of the birth of the Prophet Mohammad, and many of the people taking part carried banners marking the occasion.
The procession finished at the Faizan E Madina Mosque, where there were a number of guest speakers, including Imams from elsewhere in the country – and abroad.
