Peterborough's Nobby the Tramp in pictures

During his life in Peterborough, Michael Ross - known to residents as Nobby - became a popular personality in the city.

Photographer Chris Porsz, known as the paramedic paparazzo, captured images of Michael's life at various stages, from when he was living in the bus shelter in Oundle Road, to when he had moved into a flat in Dogsthorpe. Yesterday it was announced Michael had died aged 74. Funeral details will be confirmed at a later date.
