Peterborough’s Lost World soft play park to re-open for first time since lockdown

A soft play park at a Peterborough shopping centre will re-open for the first time tomorrow for the first time since lockdown

Lost World located in Serpentine Green, will reopen its doors to young adventurers on Saturday August 29.

Featuring, soft play, a giant volcano slide and interactive climbing walls, the brand new activity centre opened its doors for the first time for a handful of days back in March before having to close abruptly due to coronavirus.

A thorough risk assessment has been conducted to ensure the safety of staff and customers and several measures will be in place to ensure this.

Play sessions are limited and should be booked online. You can choose to book the soft play and interactive climbing game, the volcano slide or the 5 metre climbing walls (suitable from 4 years to grown-ups!)

On arrival a member of the team will check your temperature and ask you to use hand sanitiser (provided).

Face coverings must be worn by adults when moving around Lost World (although they may be removef when seated at a table).

Sadly some soft furnishing and all loose items have been removed, including sensory equipment.

Additional cleaning will be in place between sessions, along with daily anti-bacterial fogging on all surfaces.

The number of bookings will be restricted to ensure social distancing.

Opening times will be Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm; Saturday, 10am – 5.30pm and Sunday and bank holidays 10am – 4pm.
