Peterborough woman to raffle her own four bedroom home for just £2 a ticket

A Peterborough home owner is raffling her house with a lucky winner getting the property for just the £2 cost of a ticket.

The house in question was built in 2018 by Cala Homes and is located in Hampton Vale and is currently owned by Rebecca Kesmen..

The end terrace includes four double bedrooms, a lounge diner, an en suite shower room, a garden complete with decking and a driveway with space for two cars.

The house will be unfurnished but will come with some white goods included, such as an integrated fridge/freezer and a dishwasher.

The winner won’t have to pay any of the legal fees or the stamp duty either and will receive the property free from any debts or encumbrances, all handled by a solicitor of their choice.

The raffle is being held on Raffall.com and has 300,000 tickets available.

The closing date for entries is June 30 or whenever the last ticket is sold.

If all of the tickets fail to sell, the winner will receive 75% of the ticket proceeds and Rebecca will retain the property but will not receive any of the remaining money.

Rebecca said: “In the current testing times we have decided to start the raffle to give someone the chance of a lifetime prize.

“This is a 100% genuine chance to win our four bedroom unfurnished end terrace townhouse for £2 per ticket!”
