Peterborough homes builder names new appointment to oversee major development
Peterborough housebuilder Allison Homes Central has appointed a project director to lead the delivery of one of the most significant projects in the company’s pipeline.
Mariusz Tkacz, who joins Allison Homes with nearly two decades of experience in the housebuilding industry, will oversee the delivery of the new Quarry Farm development in Stamford.
He will be responsible for the technical, engineering and design coordination for Quarry Farm, which will form a significant part of the Stamford North Sustainable Urban Extension.
The development received outline planning approval from Rutland County Council in 2025

Quarry Farm involves the construction of 650 homes, publicly accessible park for leisure and wildlife plus a centre to include community facilities.
Mr Tkacz said: “Quarry Farm has real potential to make a meaningful difference and my goal is to deliver a high-quality, well-designed development that meets community needs.
"I am looking forward to working with colleagues, partners and the local community to bring this vision to life.”
Adam Knight, Managing Director at Allison Homes Central, said: “Mariusz brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership experience to the business.
"Quarry Farm is a major development for the region and his technical expertise, strategic approach and strong team ethic will be invaluable as we move into the next phase of delivery. We are delighted to welcome him to the team.”
