Scores of people attended the colourful event in the sunshine.
The day started with a parade from Stanley Park in the city centre, followed by a range of performances and stalls at the Embankment.
People travelled from across the region to take part in the celebrations – and work is now starting to make sure next year’s event is even bigger and better.
Chair of Peterborough Pride Teddi said: “Peterborough Pride was thrilled to see so many people come together to celebrate inclusion and diversity at this year's event. “As one of the most important days in the local calendar for the LGBTQ+ community, it was fantastic to see Peterborough filled with positivity and community spirit, with people from all backgrounds coming together to celebrate Pride. “A huge thank you goes to all of our performers, staff, volunteers and attendees who make Peterborough Pride possible. Your support, energy and enthusiasm helped create an unforgettable day for everyone involved. “Although this year's celebration has come to an end, work is already underway behind the scenes as we begin planning for next year's Peterborough Pride. “Thank you, Peterborough, for making Pride such a special day. We can't wait to do it all again next year.”
