For those keen to get out of the house there’s still plenty to be enjoyed across Peterborough in the build up to some big New Year’s Eve bashes everywhere.
WEDNESDAY CHRISTMAS EVE 24th:
The Bluebell Inn, Dogsthorpe, has Caustic Lights from 9pm. Christmas Eve Special from top Peterborough party band, playing Pop, Rock, Rock ‘n’ Roll’ and Dance chart hit classics. (£3 Per Ticket).
Charters has Christmas Eve Vinyl Party from 12pm till late, free entry.
Brewery Tap has Christmas Eve with DJ Sav from 8.30pm – late.
The Shed Taproom & Deli, Fletton Quays, has Marcus Hughes from 4pm, followed by Salmon Dave from 7pm.
The Ostrich Inn has A Little Festive Indie Indulgence from 1pm.
Yard of Ale, Oundle Road, has its Christmas Eve Party.
The Cock Inn, Werrington, has live music from Rhythm Junction playing Pop/Dance music from 7:30-10:30pm.
FRIDAY BOXING DAY 26th:
The Shed Taproom & Deli, Fletton Quays, has George Elliot from 5.30pm.
Yard of Ale, Oundle Road, has its Lee Clingan.
The Ostrich Inn has Kickback from 6.30pm.
SATURDAY 27th:
The Met Lounge has three bands tipped for the top – Peterborough band, The Portland, Stamford’s Cherryholt and Manchester quartet Ikarus. Tickets from skiddle.

The Burghley, Burghley Road, has Squadron, from 9pm. Popular, entertaining, exciting and energetic fibve-piece Peterborough party band playing Rock, Pop, Rock n Roll and Ska and 2 Tone chart hits.
The Boulevard Club, Bourges Boulevard, has The Tourettes from 9pm. Popular seven-piece Peterborough band playing chart hits from 60s Soul to 90s Brit Pop. Members free, non-members £2.

Flares, Broadway, has Tuesgay. LGBT+ friendly night, 9pm – late, hosted by Rob from Top Notch Entertainers. £5 entry.
Brewery Tap has Pub Quiz in the function room from 8pm - £1 entry, teams of six max and winning team gets cash jackpot and prize from the bar.

The Cock Inn, Werrington, has live music from Don’t Look Down, playing Soul, Motown, Northern Soul (ticket only event from 7pm).
The Queen’s Head, Queen Street, has Eclectic Ballroom presents, dance music legend Altern 8, Joined by MC Five Alive, from 9pm – late
