The historic attraction turned 90 at the weekend – and there were celebrations to mark the anniversary on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
There was live music – from soulful acoustic sets for early morning swimming, nostalgia from the GB Home Guard Band to full-on soul and funk with Peterborough favourites The Contacts and Groove Cartel – to keep swimmers entertained.
There was also a special midnight swim on Friday night, giving swimmers the chance to complete a few lengths in the moonlight.
Thankfully, the sun shone on the outdoor pool all weekend, adding to the unique atmosphere at the art-deco building in the city centre.
Visitors were also given the chance to see inside the Lido’s iconic clock tower.
Some people chose to don fancy dress to mark the historic milestone.
Thanks to the team at Peterborough Lido, here are some of the best pictures from the celebrations.
