Golden celebration as Peterborough crafting channel wins five top awards

The glittering success came at the Best of Craft Awards 2020 with the honours being chosen by viewers and crafting fans.

Create and Craft, which is part of Ideal Shopping Direct, based in Newark Road, won the titles of Most Loved Crafts TV Shopping Channel and Best Rated Customer Service.

In addition, presenter Dean Wilson won Crafting Man of the Year and presenter and craft designer Dawn Wheeler took home the Crafting Women of the Year title.

Significantly, following the company’s investment in its digital offering as it looks to appeal to younger crafters, including signing up comedian and crafting enthusiast Keith Lemon to deliver content on its YouTube and Instagram channels, Create and Craft also won the Best Online Store award.
