The Lettings Hub, based in Commerce Road, Lynch Wood, is launching its new product called BOX, which is designed to package up the pre-tenancy process in one easy-to-use digital platform.

Heidi Shackell, chief executive of The Lettings Hub, said: “It has long been our goal to simplify - and empower - the lettings process.

“For agents and tenants, it can be a long, drawn out and confusing process.

“Agents are overloaded with paperwork and admin, while tenants are often left in the dark not knowing what needs to be done next and by whom. “With BOX, all information is stored digitally, in one place.”

“Despite the pandemic, we’ve been able to deliver a smart solution for tenants, agents and landlords. It’s an even better way to progress tenancies.”

The BOX platform guides agents and tenants through the lettings journey and lets them know what they need to do next.

Tenants can see real-time status updates 24 hours a day.

Agents also know their tenants get added customer service as BOX helps them identify and select additional products and services to make their move even easier.

The launch of BOX follows the release by The Lettings Hub of its Property Passport last May.

The Hub also made improvements to its referencing services, including the launch of Open Banking and ability to sign documents electronically.
