Dance school steps into new home at Peterborough One Retail Park

The Hebden School of Dance has agreed a 10 year lease on units 18 and 19 at Peterborough One Retail Park.

The school will occupy for space totalling 2,200 sq ft across the two units.

The agreement was overseen by commercial agents Savills and SPACE – Retail Property Consultants on behalf of owners Targetfollow Group.

The arrival of the dance school is part of an ongoing revamp of the retail park, which is currently 94 per cent let.

The construction of an 18,500 sq ft Aldi supermarket is now underway, with plans to open in June 2021.

And plans have been drawn up for the construction of 30,000 sq ft of retail, leisure, pub and other uses across 1.7 acres.

Edward Gee, associate director in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, said: “Already home to a number of established retailers, it is the ideal location for the dance school and remains an attractive prospect for occupiers interested in the last remaining space.

He added: “The retail park is one of the city’s key out-of-town locations, benefitting from excellent access to both the A47 and A1 along with direct links into Peterborough city centre.”
