Coronavirus: Three more deaths at hospitals run by Peterborough health trust

Three more patients with coronavirus have died at hospitals run by the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.

The number of deaths at Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital has risen to 65, according to the latest figures published by NHS England.

The updated total shows seven patients died on Thursday, with one passing away on Friday.

In the UK, in the past 24 hours 888 people with Covid-19 have passed away in hospitals.

Peterborough City Hospital

The number of people in Peterborough confirmed to have tested positive for the virus has hit 127.

In Cambridgeshire, the figure is 463, while in Lincolnshire it is 579 and in Northamptonshire it is 820.
