“Please bear with our box office team as we work very hard to try to reschedule shows, contact customers and work through your enquiries. We are working with a reduced team, but assure you we will contact all of our affected customers over the next couple of weeks.

“We look forward to welcoming you back to the Key Theatre soon.”

Other services operated by Vivacity are continuing to run, Peterborough Museum remains open - although the interactive Nick Sharratt exhibition has been closed. Gyms and swimming pools also remain open, although there has been a reduction in classes.

Peterborough libraries are also still open.
