BRoW4 is a non-charity fundraising group made up entirely of volunteers. It attends local community events to raise funds that then enable it to host a big family fun-fest that raises money for air ambulance charities across the UK.

The services the air ambulances provide are so important, and yet they receive no government or Lottery funding.

BRoW4 stands for Bike, Run or Walk with or without your 4-legged friends which sums up what people can do at the family event at Ferry Meadows on Saturday, June 20 to help us raise money for the air ambulances.

You can register to bike, run or walk from one of three tracks: 12km for those biking, 8km for those running and 5km for those walking. The walking route is paved, so it is suitable for prams and wheelchairs too.

Each participant will receive a medal and certificate once they have completed the track. To take part, visit: www.brow4.com for details on how to register.

If biking, running or walking around the park is not your thing, but you still want to support the air ambulances, then there will be a stage with live local musicians performing throughout the day, stalls, children’s entertainment, food and drink, first aid demonstrations and more.
