BBC Apprentice winner Joseph Valente and fiancée Megan announce baby son is on the way

Joseph Valente and Megan Clarke announce their engagement.

Mr Valente (31) and Megan Clarke revealed the good news in a social media video on Valentine’s Day in which the businessman also proposed to the mum-to-be.

And signalling his social media and business ambitions for the youngster, Mr Valente, who runs Trade Mastermind and Coaching Academy in Peterborough, has already given him an Instagram account - @bossbabyjv - for the world to follow.

The entrepreneur said: “Today has got to be my proudest moment on this planet not only have I got engaged to my beautiful partner Megan but I have also found out that we are having a baby boy who will be the future heir to the throne.”

Mr Valente, who won the BBC Apprentice title in 2015, said he hoped his son, Joseph Junior, would grow up to help influence and build his generation into becoming entrepreneurs.

He said: “I want the world to follow JJV throughout his entire journey.”

Outlining his plans to create a legacy for the youngster, who is expected to arrive in early August, Mr Valente said: “I want to ensure that from a very young age he will understand and value social media, building and driving content which is both kids and adult friendly.

“One of the youngest child influencers is eight months old with one of the famous being Ryans World Youtube star, however I want the world to follow JJV throughout his entire journey @bossbabyjv.”

Mr Valente said the couple chose to reveal their news’s on Valentine’s Day alongside The Duke and Duchess of Sussex as they share the same sentiment ‘that it was a day to celebrate love’.

Not just content with their baby announcement in the video Mr Valente can also be seen to be dropping to one knee and proposing to Megan, which she accepted.

Mr Valente took to social media to state: “Never thought getting engaged would feel so good!

“Now I’ve got a family to fight for this empire is getting built bigger than I ever dreamed I would go.”
