A first look inside as celebrity chef Karnavar brings London's Tindli to Peterborough

It's more than the opening of a new restaurant, it is the arrival of a London success story – and the man behind it. Chef Karnavar, the Indian culinary celebrity with over 260,000 social media followers and three decades of experience across the world's finest kitchens, is bringing his acclaimed Tindli concept to Peterborough city centre.

Think authentic Indian flavours that taste like home— because they're cooked like home—but with the refinement of someone who has over 30 years of international culinary experience spanning The Savoy London, Mandarin Oriental London, Claridge's London, Fairmont Dubai, and JW Marriott Mumbai, India.

This is Indian dining that honours both North and South Indian traditions without the usual compromises.

The spirits selection? Equally unconventional. Indian rums, whiskies like Rampur and Amrut, a curated selection of Arracks – all within a space adorned with Indian paintings and antiques that create an atmosphere which will showcase traditional Indian culture, authentic food with modern culinary techniques.
