Reader letter: Peterborough bridges need repairing

Anyone can be sued, the real question is whether a claim would be successful. It’s unlikely considering the standards to which the ground level paths have been built.

He seems to have missed the fact that the bridges need repairing. I’ve said before that it would be possible to rebuild the ramps to make it properly accessible as well.

Steel reinforced concrete will last a long time if it’s built properly. In this case it wasn’t. It’s one of many parts of the infrastructure around the city that has needed to be fixed. I doubt it’ll be the last.
