LETTER: How can Stagecoach justify fare increases in Peterborough given the service?
How can Stagecoach justify price increases when they are incapable of providing any kind of service?
They take our money in advance, withdraw buses without notice and then blame the council for their own incompetence.
Last week I was forced to walk to work having bought a Megarider in advance and when I complained they blamed everyone but themselves.
They also refused to refund my money.
