North Bank between Peterborough and Whittlesey reopens after Environment Agency removes flood warning

North Bank between Peterborough and Whittlesey has reopened after the Environment Agency removed a flood warning.

North Bank has been closed on several occasions in recent weeks due to heavy rainfall, although some drivers have been ignoring the road closed signs.
