Motorbike rider treated after collision with car in Peterborough
The incident took place along Lincoln Road at just before 6pm and saw the road blocked off for a short time while paramedics gave treatment to the rider of the motorbike. The rider was on a Kawasaki GTR bike and was knocked to the ground after an impact from a Toyota Yaris, however, they did not require hospital treatment and were treated for minor injuries at the scene.
A spokesperson for Cambridgeshire Police said: “We were called at 5.42pm yesterday (31 March) with reports of a collision between a motorbike and car in Lincoln Road, Peterborough.
“Officers and paramedics attended the scene of the collision, which involved a Toyota Yaris and a Kawasaki GTR.
“The rider of the Kawasaki was treated for minor injuries.”
