From house fires and road collisions, to visits made to vulnerable residents to offer fire safety advice – crews worked around the clock 365 days of the year to attend emergency incidents and support local communities.
Compared to 2024, there were 30 fewer road traffic collisions (RTCs) attended by crews in 2025, but over a thousand more vulnerable residents visited in their homes, and around 400 more hydrants checked and serviced in 2025.
