Cambridgeshire police also said they had confiscated a car of a driver who was doing 'donuts' in the city last night.
A Cambridgeshire police spokesman said: "We were called at about 9.10pm yesterday (30 October) with reports of a vehicle being driven dangerously in Lime Kiln Close, West Town, Peterborough.
“Officers attended the scene and located the vehicle. The driver had fled the area, but the vehicle was seized for having no insurance.
