Two cars torched in Peterborough street in middle of the night

Two cars were set alight by arsonists in the middle of the night in Peterborough

On Sunday (29) at 2.10am, one crew from Dogsthorpe was called to a car fire on Eastfield Road, Eastfield.

Crews arrived to find two cars on fire. Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters extinguished the fires before returning to their stations by 3.40am.

The cause of the fire was believed to be deliberate. Anyone with information should contact police by visiting to submit an online report or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
