He was bailed pending a court appearance on March 28 but two weeks before that hearing he was arrested again after he was found drink driving in Coltsfoot Drive, Woodston, on March 14.

Agboola, of Almond Road, Dogsthorpe, Peterborough, admitted two counts of drink driving at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on April 22, where he was disqualified from driving for three years.

He is also required to complete a 20-day rehabilitation activity requirement and pay a £200 fine.

PC Shauna Dwyer, who investigated, said: “Getting behind the wheel while intoxicated is incredibly dangerous, and it is fortunate that no one was hurt.”
