Three Peterborough men charged over burglary in city
Three men have been charged in connection with a burglary in Hampton Gardens on Thursday night (21 May).
Police were called by a member of the public at about 8.40pm reporting a burglary in progress at a house.
Three men, John Lamb, 22, and Joseph Lamb, 30, both of Bank Avenue, Hampton Centre, and Phillip Kelly, 36, of Flag Fen Road, Eastfield, were arrested on Thursday night and have all since been charged with attempted burglary.
Joseph Lamb has also been charged with possessing a blade in a public place.
They have been remanded in custody to appear at Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court today (Saturday 23 May).
