These include stolen cars, uninsured drivers, cloned vehicles, bald tyres and driving with foreign plates driven by a UK registered driver.
These were just some of the incidents tackled by the BCH Road Policing Unit in Peterborough and across the region in the last seven days.

This vehicle waas stopped elsewhere in the region. Officers said: "The driver of this vehicle thought by putting Polish plates on the car he could avoid paying tax, insurance and getting an MOT. The vehicle has now been seized." Photo: Midlands

Elsewhere in the region officers said about this incident: "The occupants of this vehicle on false plates didn’t want to hang around, abandoned it and ran off when I saw them. They were caught further down the road. Enquires ongoing, no insurance, no TAX. Vehicle seized." Photo: Midlands

Officers issued a warning after stopping this vehicle, they said: "This vehicle caught our attention due to its state of disrepair, a quick check of the tyres showed that we were right to be suspicious.
