Police uncover four Peterborough cannabis factories in four days

. On Friday, at around 11pm, the Cambridgeshire police Community Action Team (CAT) shut down a cannabis farm in South Street, Stanground, where there were 98 plants plus a substantial amount of harvested cannabis.

Hide AdThree men in their 30s - two from Stanground and one from Whittlesey - were arrested and have now been released under investigation.
. On Saturday, response officers shut down a cannabis factory in Langford Road, Fletton, which contained 70 plants. No arrests were made.
. On Sunday, the CAT discovered 76 plants and a significant amount of harvested cannabis in Risby, Bretton. A 19-year-old man was arrested and has been bailed until next month.
. Today (Monday), the CAT received reports of the smell of cannabis coming from a property in Henry Street, Eastfield, where they found 20 plants. Two men, aged 27 and 39, are currently in custody.
