Police in Peterborough confiscate suspected taser from group of youths
Police in Peterborough have confiscated a suspected taser after searching a group of youths behaving suspiciously.
On the Peterborough police facebook page a statement said: “Last night officers from the Eastern and Northern Peterborough Neighbourhood Teams were in the central ward area of Peterborough.
“There were reports of several males acting suspiciously, officers detained all of them and conducted stop searches.
“One male was found in possession of a suspected taser and subsequently arrested for firearms offences, he remains in custody with the investigation ongoing.”
