Police discover Peterborough cannabis factory after water seen spilling out into the street

Cambridgeshire police were called at 7pm on Friday to reports of concern at an address in the area.

A police spokeswoman said: “It was reported that water was spilling out of the property in Marsham and flooding into the street.

“Officers entered the premises and discovered 151 cannabis plants inside.

“The property was made safe and the plants and cultivation equipment were seized.

“No residents were inside the address when officers attended.

“No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.”
