Peterborough police appeal for information after rocks thrown at buses

Peterborough police are appealing for information after a number of incidents of rocks being thrown at buses in the city.

There have been at least three incident reported in the Winyates area of the city in the past few days.

A police spokesman said: "Two incidents were reported to us yesterday (February 1) and one on 3 Jan involving damage to buses in Peterborough.

"Crimes have been raised but the investigations are pending further lines of inquiry / investigative opportunities.

"No injuries have been reported."

The Peterborough Telegraph has contacted Stagecoach Buses for comment.
