Peterborough murder detectives appeal for dashcam footage in stabbing probe

Detectives investigating a murder in Peterborough last month are appealing for dashcam footage.

Police were called at 4.30pm on Tuesday, 5 January with reports of violence in Southfields Drive, Stanground.

Nicky Bonner, aged 30, of Park Road, Peterborough, died from a stab wound at the scene.

Police are now appealing for dashcam footage of the Whittlesey Road area between 2pm and 4.30pm on the day of Nicky's murder.

Detective Chief Inspector Rob Hall said: "Our investigation into how Nicky was killed continues at pace and we're again asking for the public's help.

"We believe Nicky's attackers entered and left the Southfields Drive area via Whittlesey Road so if you were in that road between 2pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday 5 January and have dashcam footage, please get in touch.

Tyler Smith, 23, of Sandpiper Drive, Peterborough, and Kristopher White, 35, of Myrtle House Caravan Park, Peterborough, have been charged with murder.Anyone with dashcam footage or information should call police on 101 or via web-chat quoting incident 282 of 5 January.
