Peterborough man due in court charged with knife point robbery
A man will appear in court charged with carrying out a knife point robbery in Peterborough.
Thomas Avery, 29, of Ashville Road, was arrested yesterday afternoon in connection with the incident at Khan Food Store in Taverners Road on 8 July.
He has since been charged with attempted robbery and possession of a knife in a public place.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today
