Peterborough man charged with theft of £150 worth of cigarettes and chocolate

A man from Peterborough has been charged with multiple thefts after more than £150 worth of cigarettes and chocolate were stolen.

Liam Tristram, 31, was arrested yesterday afternoon (28 July) in connection with incidents at WHSmith and B&M in Bridge Street earlier that day.

Tristram, of no fixed address, has since been charged with two counts of theft from a shop and has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (29 July).
