Peterborough man charged with theft of hanging baskets
A man has been charged with the theft of hanging baskets from the outside of a house in Peterborough.
George Costin, 42, of no fixed address, was arrested last night in connection with the theft in Princes Street.
He has been bailed to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on 23 July.
