Peterborough man charged with breaching sexual harm prevention order

A man has been charged with breaching his Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) after his arrest yesterday (5 August).

Kirisin Simarlin, 34, was arrested at his home address in London Road and has since been charged with breaching his SHPO in relation to failing to notify police of his use of an internet enabled device.

Simarlin has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (5 August).
