Peterborough man charged with breaching sexual harm prevention order
A Peterborough man has been charged with breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) after his arrest yesterday (28 July).
Harry Agate, 24, was arrested at his home address in Dogsthorpe and has since been charged with two counts of breaching a SHPO in relation to failing to notify police of electronic devices in his possession.
He has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (29 July).
