Motorist arrested for drink and drug driving after van crashes at A47 in Peterborough
A motorist has been arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving after a van left the A47 at Wansford yesterday (Wednesday).

The white Renault crashed at 4.30pm, with the driver then allegedly recording a breath test showing he was nearly three times the drink-drive limit.
He also allegedly failed a drug wipe showing positive for cocaine.
The driver was taken to Thorpe Wood Police Station, with Cambridgeshire Police stating: “Enquires continue into this matter.”
The road was closed for a short time while the vehicle was recovered.
